We Are All Passengers!
Indeed, each of us is a passenger in our own way—whether on a bus, a train, an airplane, or ultimately as a passenger in a private car. As passengers, we are always dependent on the decisions of the “drivers”; however, we can influence these decisions effectively when we are connected and share a common goal.
The same applies to public transport. This is why, on World Car Free Day, 22 September 2025, we founded the Passenger Association of Slovenia, an association for the development of public transport, with the aim of connecting passengers and professionals working in the field of public transport.
We are primarily a group of passengers brought together by unfavourable conditions in passenger transport in Slovenia. We aim to represent the interests of passengers at the national level and, through continuous education and cooperation with professionals, seek solutions for better public transport for all.
