As an individual, a passenger is often powerless when it comes to achieving better public transport services on the route they use. The Passenger Association, however, offers something more. As a collective representative of passengers, we aim—by working together with professionals in the field—to become a legitimate partner in dialogue with all those who make decisions about public transport.

We are open to the issues you face—whether it is daily delays, insufficient capacity, or too few services on a particular route. Together, we will strive to identify the causes and find appropriate solutions.
We analyse
We monitor and analyse the state of public transport in Slovenia. We explore opportunities to improve connections between buses and trains, and we prepare proposals for new bus routes and railway connections.
We explore and educate
We continuously build on our professional expertise and actively share our knowledge with others—all with the aim of achieving a better understanding of public transport.
