We Are All Passengers!
It’s true—each of us is a passenger in our own way, whether on a bus, a train, a plane, or even as a co‑driver in a car. As passengers, we are always dependent on the decisions of “drivers,” but we can influence those decisions effectively when we are connected and share a common goal.
The same applies to public passenger transport. That’s why, on World Car‑Free Day, 22 September 2025, we founded the Passenger Association of Slovenia, an organization dedicated to the development of public transport, with the aim of connecting passengers and experts in the field of public passenger transport.
We are primarily a group of passengers brought together by the challenging conditions in Slovenia’s public transport system. We want to represent the interests of passengers at the national level and, through continuous education and cooperation with experts, seek solutions for better public transport for everyone.
